Resource exhaustion in the APIs of Azure Access Technology BLU-IC2 and BLU-IC4 1.0 through 1.19.5 allows remote attackers to flood controllers. The affected APIs accept requests without rate limiting, allowing unbounded request processing to consume controller resources. No authentication or user interaction is required, and flooding can interrupt controller service; no narrower endpoint or exhausted resource is disclosed.
