CVE-2025-11806Network attack vector

Contributor-level stored XSS via unescaped quiz attribute

Published Oct 31, 2025 · Updated Oct 31, 2025

Stored cross-site scripting in Qzzr Shortcode Plugin 1.0.1 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to inject scripts via quiz attributes. The qzzr shortcode output inserts the quiz attribute into its iframe URL without sanitizing the value or escaping the generated markup. Contributor-level access is sufficient; the stored script executes in the browser of each user who opens the affected page, enabling actions in that user's WordPress session.
