Memory corruption via unchecked meter formatting

Stack-based buffer overflow in Circutor SGE-PLC1000 and SGE-PLC50 9.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt memory. The ShowDownload() function passes the meter request parameter to sprintf() for formatting into the 64-byte acStack_4c stack buffer without a length check. Reachability requires low-privileged access from an adjacent network, and an oversized meter value can overwrite stack memory.
