Authenticated code execution via unbounded meter copy

Stack-based buffer overflow in Circutor SGE-PLC1000 and SGE-PLC50 9.0.2 allows remote authenticated users to execute code. The index.cgi showMeterReport() function passes the user-controlled meter parameter to sprintf(), which writes it into a 64-byte stack buffer without a length bound. An authenticated web session is required; overflowing the buffer corrupts adjacent stack memory, enabling code execution or an index.cgi crash.
