Published Oct 18, 2025 · Updated Oct 18, 2025
Information exposure in WPC Smart Quick View for WooCommerce 4.2.5 and earlier allows remote attackers to read nonpublic product data. The unauthenticated woosq_quickview AJAX handler accepts a caller-controlled product identifier and renders the referenced post without restricting it to publicly viewable products. Any internet client that can reach the WordPress AJAX endpoint can retrieve details from password-protected, private, or draft product posts.
