Administrator command execution via crafted DDNS argument
Published Feb 5, 2026 · Updated Feb 5, 2026
OS command injection in affected Zyxel ZLD firewall firmware 5.35 through 5.41 allows remote authenticated users to execute commands via the DDNS CLI. The DDNS configuration CLI command passes a specially crafted string argument to an operating-system command path without neutralizing command syntax. Administrator privileges are required; affected ATP, USG FLEX, USG FLEX 50(W), and USG20(W)-VPN appliances then permit full OS command execution.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
