Crash via movable native-messaging I/O buffer

Use-after-free memory corruption in Mozilla Firefox and Thunderbird 143 on Windows allows attackers to crash the main process. Windows pipe code retains a pointer to an inline ArrayBuffer during asynchronous I/O, but compacting garbage collection can move the buffer before ReadFile or WriteFile completes. Triggering requires an installed extension that uses native messaging and winning an unreliable race; the demonstrated consequence is an application crash.
