CVE-2025-11700Network attack vector

Authenticated file disclosure via SOAP API XXE

Published Nov 12, 2025 · Updated Nov 12, 2025

XXE in N-able N-central before 2025.4 allows remote authenticated users to read appliance files through the SOAP API. Multiple SOAP API XML-processing paths resolve attacker-controlled external entities and expose local file contents. Low-privileged API access is sufficient; a separate authentication bypass can remove that gate and expose session tokens and service secrets.
