NTLM hash capture via API-triggered SMB requests

Local SSRF in Rockwell Automation Studio 5000 Simulation Interface 2.02 and earlier allows local users to capture NTLM hashes. The affected API causes the Windows host to initiate an outbound SMB authentication request to an attacker-controlled destination without adequately restricting the request target. Any Windows user on the host can trigger the request, but capturing the hash requires access to the SMB endpoint that receives the authentication attempt.
