Victim-session compromise via unsanitized SVG uploads
Published Oct 27, 2025 · Updated Oct 27, 2025
Stored XSS in Perx Platform before 4.617.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in a victim's browser via SVG uploads. The LMT Dashboard accepts campaign images as SVG data without server-side sanitization, and the public LMT microsite renders embedded script. Dashboard upload permissions and a victim viewing the image are required; the script runs in the victim's session and can read data or perform unauthorized actions.
