Client crash via unbounded PNG buffer index

Out-of-bounds read in Warmcat libwebsockets 4.0 through 4.4.2 allows remote attackers to crash clients via a crafted PNG file. In lws_upng_emit_next_line's padded-image branch, uf->ibp advances without wrapping to the sliding-window size, so it indexes uf->in past the heap buffer. Exploitation requires LWS_WITH_UPNG, the HTML display stack, and rendering of an attacker-controlled one-bit PNG with a large height.
