Unauthenticated file write via unrestricted upload
Published Oct 13, 2025 · Updated Oct 13, 2025
Unrestricted upload in ProjectsAndPrograms School Management System allows remote attackers to write arbitrary files through changeSllyabus.php. At commit 6b6fae5426044f89c08d0dd101c7fa71f9042a59, /assets/changeSllyabus.php accepts the File request-body field without restricting dangerous file types and stores the upload in the web application. No authentication or user interaction is required; code execution follows only when the server executes an uploaded file.
