Authenticated code execution via unchecked NTPServerIP copy

Buffer overflow in UTT HiPER 2620G 3.1.0 through 3.1.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary code via NTP settings. The /goform/fNTP handler copies an attacker-controlled NTPServerIP value with strcpy into a fixed destination at offset 44 without checking its length. Digest-authenticated administrative access, enabled SntpEnable, a nonempty time_zone, and a nonempty NTPServerIP are required; an oversized value can crash the router or corrupt execution.
