CPU exhaustion via negative MONGO section length

Infinite loop in the MONGO dissector in Wireshark 4.4.0 through 4.4.9 and 4.2.0 through 4.2.13 allows attackers to exhaust CPU via malformed packets. dissect_op_msg_section trusts a signed OP_MSG section length; a value of -1 makes it return zero, so the enclosing parser never advances its offset. The condition is reached through an injected packet or a malformed trace file; affected 4.2 releases require Decode As to select MONGO.
