Memory disclosure via undersized ICMPv6 message parsing

Buffer over-read in FreeRTOS-Plus-TCP 4.0.0 through 4.3.3 allows remote authenticated users to read adjacent memory via short ICMPv6 packets. The prvProcessICMPMessage_IPv6 path dispatches type-specific ICMPv6 structures without first confirming that the received buffer meets each message type's minimum size. IPv6 support must be enabled, and a network-reachable low-privileged sender can expose adjacent memory and interrupt the affected embedded application.
