Administrative access via preset login credentials

Use of default credentials in SourceCodester Employee Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to obtain administrative access. The login handler in index.php accepts the distributed admin/admin123 credential pair and creates an authenticated administrator session. Network access to the login page is sufficient, exposing employee-management functions available to the built-in administrator account.
