Authenticated SQL injection via safetyGroupId parameter
Published Feb 10, 2025 · Updated Feb 10, 2025
SQL injection in CDG 5.6.3.154.205_20250114 allows remote authenticated users to manipulate database data through safetyGroupId. The addPolicyToSafetyGroup.jsp handler places attacker-controlled safetyGroupId data into an SQL command without effective neutralization. A low-privileged CDG session is required, and successful requests can read or alter limited database data or interrupt the service.
