System privilege escalation via UpdateJRE path traversal

Path traversal in PowerChute Serial Shutdown 1.3 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to elevate system access through UpdateJRE. The UpdateJRE web-service handler uses an attacker-supplied path in file operations without properly validating that the path remains within an allowed directory. Exploitation requires Web Admin access and local-network reachability; successful traversal grants elevated access on the host running the service.
