Authenticated database access via category parameter injection
Published Oct 9, 2025 · Updated Oct 9, 2025
SQL injection in Code Projects Online Complaint Site 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to access its database via category submissions. The /cms/admin/category.php handler places the POST category value directly into an SQL query without validation, escaping, or parameter binding. A valid low-privilege session is required; exploitation permits database reads and writes and can interrupt service.
