Unauthenticated file read via path traversal
Published Dec 22, 2025 · Updated Dec 22, 2025
Path traversal in Sharp Display Solutions projectors with all firmware versions allows remote attackers to read any file over a network. Published materials do not identify the request handler or explain how an attacker-controlled path escapes its intended directory. Exploitation requires network access to a projector but no authentication or user interaction, and the reported consequence is file disclosure.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
