Unauthenticated file upload via weak ZIP validation
Published Nov 11, 2025 · Updated Nov 11, 2025
Arbitrary file upload in Astra Security Suite – Firewall & Malware Scan 0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to write files via ZIP downloads. The ZIP download path accepts inadequately validated remote URLs and relies on an easily guessable key before saving downloaded content. No authentication is required, and the direct consequence is an attacker-controlled file on the site server; code execution depends on server handling.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
Is a vulnerable build present?
Compare these published version ranges with your installed build and any vendor patches.

Attacks
What attackers are doing with it
Daily unique IPs observed by Shadowserver honeypots for known exploited vulnerabilities (KEVs). Missing observations do not establish an absence of attacks.
