Settings manipulation via missing nonce validation
Published Oct 25, 2025 · Updated Oct 25, 2025
Cross-site request forgery in SigmaPlugin Advanced Database Cleaner 3.1.6 and earlier allows remote attackers to alter the keep-last setting. The aDBc_prepare_elements_to_clean() function accepts the state-changing request without correctly validating a WordPress nonce. Exploitation requires an authenticated site administrator to open an attacker-crafted link, and the documented consequence is limited to changing the cleanup retention setting.

Exploitability
Present is not the same as exploitable
Compare your product and version with the public record. A matching version still requires validation against your environment.
