CVE-2025-11492

Agent traffic interception via configurable HTTP transport

Published Oct 16, 2025 · Updated Oct 16, 2025

Cleartext transmission in ConnectWise Automate before 2025.9 allows man-in-the-middle attackers to intercept, modify, or replay agent traffic. On-premises agent templates can supply HTTP server addresses, causing agent-server messages to travel over an obfuscated but unprotected channel. Exploitation requires an on-path network position and an on-premises deployment configured for HTTP; exposed traffic can be read, altered, or replayed.
