Resource exhaustion in the OPC-UA Server in B&R PPT30 Operating System before 1.8.0 allows remote attackers to make the service inaccessible. The server insufficiently handles resources across concurrent connections, allowing attacker-sent messages to exhaust connection capacity. Exploitation requires network access and the optional server to be enabled; successful attacks permanently prevent legitimate OPC-UA connections.
