CVE-2025-11456Network attack vector

Unauthenticated file upload via unchecked ticket attachments

Published Nov 21, 2025 · Updated Nov 21, 2025

Arbitrary file upload in ELEX WordPress HelpDesk & Customer Ticketing System 3.3.1 and earlier allows remote attackers to write files. The eh_crm_new_ticket_post() function accepts ticket attachments without validating their file types before storing them on the site's server. No authentication is required; server-executable uploads can lead to remote code execution, while other uploads still permit arbitrary file placement.
