Account enumeration via password-reset timing discrepancy

Observable discrepancy in OpnForm 1.9.0 through 1.9.3 allows remote attackers to confirm registered email addresses via password resets. The /api/password/email handler performs measurably different work for registered and unregistered addresses, exposing account existence through response timing. No authentication or user interaction is required, but reliable differentiation requires repeated timing measurements and reveals account membership only.
