Readonly-member password disclosure via missing authorization checks

Improper access control in OpnForm 1.9.0 through 1.9.3 allows remote authenticated users with read-only roles to read form passwords. FormResource treated read-only workspace members as form owners and returned the password field, while the edit page lacked the read-only route guard. A read-only workspace membership and an authenticated session are required; the flaw exposes the form password and edit interface without granting write access.
