Stored XSS via inline uploaded SVG files

Stored cross-site scripting in OpnForm 1.9.0 through 1.9.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via uploaded SVG files. The submissionFile handler passes the stored path to response()->file, causing the browser to render attacker-controlled SVG instead of forcing a download. Exploitation requires a valid signed file URL and executes script when that URL is opened in a browser.
