Unauthenticated account takeover via reset query injection
Published Oct 8, 2025 · Updated Oct 8, 2025
SQL injection in itsourcecode.com Leave Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to reset all account passwords via reset.php. The endpoint concatenates user_email and employid into verification and update queries, so injected boolean expressions alter their predicates. No authentication is required; matching every employee row permits mass password replacement and subsequent account takeover.
