Extended access via stale persistent-login sessions

Insufficient session expiration in Red Hat build of Keycloak before 26.2.11 allows remote authenticated users to retain persistent-login sessions. AuthenticationManager.isSessionValid trusts the session-local persistent-login flag without comparing it with the current realm setting, so an extended session remains valid after that setting is disabled. Reachability requires a persistent-login session created before a realm administrator disables the setting; the associated cookie or refresh token remains usable until the extended lifetime ends, increasing exposure to hijacked-session persistence.
