Authenticated remote code execution via unsafe deserialization

Insecure deserialization in ILIAS 8.23, 9.13, and 10.1 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary server commands. The getRelayedRequest() method Base64-decodes the f_settings request value and passes it directly to PHP unserialize(), allowing a Monolog gadget chain to invoke system. Access to ScoreReportingGUI endpoints that accept f_settings is required, and successful exploitation runs the payload with the web server process's privileges.
