Buffer overflow in D-Link DI-7100G C1 firmware 20250928 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt jhttpd memory through login requests. The sub_4C0990 function in /webchat/login.cgi processes a crafted openid argument without enforcing the destination buffer's bounds. Low-privileged network access to the CGI endpoint is sufficient, and the documented consequence is corruption of the jhttpd process memory.
