Path traversal in Four-Faith Water Conservancy Informatization Platform 2.0 through 2.2 allows remote attackers to read server files. The download.do handler uses the unvalidated fileName parameter as a file path, so parent-directory segments escape the intended download location. No authentication or user interaction is required, and exposed configuration files or other readable server data can be returned.
