CVE-2025-11322Public exploitNetwork attack vector

Account compromise exposure via unenforced password policy

Published Oct 6, 2025 · Updated Oct 6, 2025

Weak password requirements in NovoSGA 2.2.0 through 2.2.12 allow remote authenticated administrators to create accounts with trivial passwords. The User Creation Page accepts the password and confirmation fields without enforcing strength restrictions, successfully creating an account with a predictable password. The published demonstration requires an Administrator session; the resulting weak account increases exposure to password guessing and credential-stuffing attacks.
