Authenticated arbitrary file storage via unfiltered upload
Published Oct 6, 2025 · Updated Oct 6, 2025
Unrestricted file upload in Wisdom Education 1.0.0 through 1.0.4 allows remote authenticated users to store arbitrary files. UploadController.uploadFile takes the multipart file's original extension and passes its stream to fileUpload.putObject and FileUtil.writeFromStream without filtering the extension or content. Low-privileged network access is sufficient; the demonstrated result is unauthorized file storage, while execution depends on server handling.
