Authenticated browser script execution via unescaped messages
Published Oct 5, 2025 · Updated Oct 5, 2025
Stored cross-site scripting in Vanderlande Baggage 360 7.0.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute scripts in users' browsers. The POST /api-addons/v1/messages endpoint stores HTML from the Message request-body field and later renders it without escaping in bag-message views. Low-privileged access is required to add a message, and execution requires another user to open the affected bag's Messages view, enabling unauthorized actions in that user's session.
