Authenticated memory corruption via unchecked username concatenation

Stack-based buffer overflow in Belkin F9K1015 1.00.10 allows remote authenticated users to corrupt memory through an L2TP username. The formL2TPSetup handler passes the POST parameter L2TPUserName to strcat without checking its length, overflowing the stack buffer _script_document_1. Low-privileged access to the device's web interface is required; the public proof of concept demonstrates the trigger but not a resulting crash or code execution.
