Reflected XSS via unencoded trid response
Published Oct 5, 2025 · Updated Oct 5, 2025
Reflected XSS in IXmaps website2017 at 0c71cffa0162186bc057a76766bc97e9f5a3a2d0 allows remote attackers to execute JavaScript via map.php. The map.php handler reflects the HTTP GET trid value into its HTML response without neutralizing script markup, so crafted input becomes executable browser content. Exploitation requires a user to open an attacker-crafted request, and the script then runs within that user’s IXmaps origin context.
