Authenticated SSRF via unchecked baseUrl requests

SSRF in MCPHub 0.9.0 through 0.9.10 allows remote authenticated users to make the MCPRouter Service request arbitrary URLs. The server controller accepts a user-supplied baseUrl and uses it for an outbound request without restricting the destination to approved hosts. High-privilege MCPHub access is required, and a crafted value reaches internal or external services from the server's network position.
