CVE-2025-11255Network attack vector

Subscriber-level configuration disconnection via unchecked AJAX action

Published Oct 25, 2025 · Updated Oct 25, 2025

Missing authorization in miniOrange Password Policy Manager 2.0.5 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to disconnect the site from miniOrange. The moppm_ajax AJAX endpoint processes the connection logout operation without checking the caller's WordPress capability. Subscriber-level access is sufficient; the bounded consequence is unauthorized configuration modification that severs the site's miniOrange connection.
