Arbitrary code execution via installer DLL sideloading

Uncontrolled DLL loading in Panasonic AutoDownloader 1.2.8 allows local users to execute code through a crafted installer directory. The installer resolves a DLL through a search path that includes its own directory and loads an attacker-supplied library placed there. The user must run the installer from the directory containing the crafted DLL; resulting code runs with that user's privileges.
