Sensitive database disclosure via unprepared reports query
Published Oct 8, 2025 · Updated Oct 8, 2025
SQL injection in Metagauss RegistrationMagic 6.0.6.2 and earlier allows remote authenticated users to extract WordPress database data. The reports service in class_rm_reports_service.php incorporates an insufficiently escaped user value into an existing SQL query without sufficient preparation. Administrator-level WordPress access is required for direct exploitation; the CNA also reports an unauthenticated reflected-XSS path through a submitted User-Agent.
