Unauthenticated code execution via resolveCommandPath shell interpolation

OS command injection in Windows CLI MCP Server at revision 215f0cc allows remote attackers to execute code without authentication. resolveCommandPath embeds its command argument inside a quoted where command and passes the resulting string to child_process.exec, allowing shell metacharacters in the argument to alter the system call. The code executes with the service account's privileges, but the upstream fix states that the function was unused throughout the production codebase, so default server reachability is not established.
