Stored XSS via unsanitized attribute fields

Stored XSS in the attribute table in QGIS QWC2 before 2025.08.14 allows remote authenticated users to execute JavaScript in other users' browsers. LayerInfoWindow.jsx passes attacker-controlled name or description content through addLinkAnchors and into dangerouslySetInnerHTML without encoding or sanitization. The attacker needs attribute-layer editing permission, and execution occurs when another user displays the poisoned layer, enabling session theft or page defacement.
