Unauthenticated arbitrary file upload via missing type validation
Published Nov 11, 2025 · Updated Nov 11, 2025
Arbitrary file upload in WP移行専用プラグイン for CPI 1.0.2 and earlier allows remote attackers to place files on WordPress servers. Cpiwm_Import_Controller::import accepts uploaded content without validating its file type, permitting dangerous extensions such as PHP. No authentication or user interaction is required; an executable server-side file results in remote code execution when the web server interprets it.
