Server crash via uncaught null-byte path exception

Denial of service in node-static and @nubosoftware/node-static 0.7.11 and earlier allows remote attackers to crash the server. Request-path handling passes a null-byte pathname to fs.stat without catching its synchronous exception, terminating the Node.js process. No authentication or user interaction is required; one crafted HTTP request interrupts the static-file service.
