Administrator-level code execution via unsanitized attachment path
Published Sep 29, 2025 · Updated Sep 29, 2025
OS command injection in Mirweiye Wenkucms 3.0 through 3.4 allows remote authenticated users to execute arbitrary commands. The createPathOne function concatenates the configurable wkcms_attach_path value into a chmod command passed to PHP's system function without neutralizing shell separators. An administrator account is required to set the path, after which any registered user can trigger cropImg and run commands with the web application's privileges.
