Administrative and root access via static credentials

Hard-coded credentials in Apeman ID71 218.53.203.117 allow remote attackers to gain administrative and root access over the network. The firmware exposes immutable static web-admin credentials in /system/www/system.ini and /system/param/login.cgi and a default root password in /tmp/system/param/passwd. Network reachability alone is sufficient to authenticate, exposing camera feeds and device settings and granting shell access.
