Stored script execution via unencoded txtapplyto value

Stored cross-site scripting in Code Projects Project Monitoring System 1.0 allows remote authenticated users to execute script in a user's browser. In onlineJobSearchEngine/postjob.php, line 321 writes the submitted txtapplyto value directly into an input value attribute without output encoding. An authenticated attacker must submit the payload and a user must load the affected page; execution is limited to that user's browser context.
