Authenticated router crash via unchecked parameter copy

Buffer overflow in Tenda CH22 Firmware 1.0.0.1 allows remote authenticated users to crash the router through a crafted dips parameter. formWrlExtraGet copies the user-controlled value into the fixed-size v9 buffer without an effective length bound, overflowing it above 32 bytes. Low-privileged access to the web-management endpoint is required; the demonstrated result is service interruption and loss of router access.
